Community Shared Agriculture (CSA) is a great way to support local farmers and diversify your diet with fresh local foods, all at your convience. Join us for a Mindfulness and Meditation workshop at Beaufort Barre and Fitness on 4/27/24 at 9:00am. This will be a relaxing and heart opening meditation workshop with a focus on intentional breath, presence, and mindfulness. We will sip a Spring Tea brewed with locally grown herbs & flowers to ground ourselves during the introduction, follow with a guided meditation, finishing with time to center afterwards. With an open heart, all is possible. Each moment and each breath provides new opportunities. All are welcome, no prior experience needed! Class instructed by Chandra.
