NEW DANCES COMING SOON! Come join us at Atoka fitness starting this week! 1/9/24 and 1/11/24 6-7. $5 per person. NO MEMBERSHIP NEEDED! This is a fun way to get into shape and enjoy your workouts.
Unfortunately the sicknesses going around has caught up to me. There will be no Zumba class this Thursday

Start the year 2024 out right and come join my Zumba classes!!! You do not have to be able to dance! All you have to do is try your best🙂Bring water and work out clothes!

There will be Zumba this coming up Thursday as usual but after this week I will only have Zumba on Tuesday night until after the first of January. It’s the holidays and it is a very busy time! Thank y’all!
