Just a reminder to my clients. I do have a 24hr cancellation policy. Throughout Covid and as we transitioned back into “normal” life I feel as though I have been more than accommodating for all my clients. My policy is clearly stated on my website. The amount of last minute cancellations and or no shows is getting out of hand. I do understand things happen however I reserve that time slot just for you. When you no show or cancel last minute we that is a slot I could have filled if had enough notice. Please respect my time and my profession as I do yours. If you have to cancel your appointment less then 24hr before your appointment you will be charged 50% of that appointment. If you no show you will be charged 100% of your appointment booked. You will not be able to reschedule until your balance is paid in full. This goes for all existing clients as well as new and upcoming appointments.
