Being in the beauty service industry, it’s absolutely wild that people will pay for travel, hotel accommodations, an extra artist fee, gets an one on one customized schedule, expects help with any details of your day or event along the way, being punctual or being done before the scheduled time, touch ups, communication with your vendors or coordinators, calming situations when things go off schedule due to things that are not in your control, while still delivering the expectations and still DO NOT TIP.

I refuse to add tips to my invoices, but let me tell you, I’m starting to understand why people do it!
