Earth Dosha Ayurvedic Bodywork & Apothecary

Got to give myself a Goddess foot bath. My client had to cancel her appointment this evening. Why wast fresh oranges and mint? Foot baths are not just to soften your feet . Self-love & nurturing...taking time to care for your feet can become a physical reminder to slow down and care for yourself. If you're in need for a foot bath maybe because you need to transition—leaving something behind and making room for something new. Release • Ground • Renew • Receive • Protect.

Remembering to connect your heart chakra with your sacral chakra. Practice hip-opening yoga poses like Cat-Cow or pigeon pose. Talking to your body. Talking to every cells in your body. Listening to your body. She wants to heal you, working together is the only way to wellness🙏

Why I love stretching my body and my chest?

✨️Can feel emotionally grounding — Many people unconsciously brace the chest during stress or anxiety. Slow touch and stretching over the sternum area can sometimes create a feeling of openness or nervous-system calming
✨️Releases chest tension — Tight chest muscles from stress, posture, driving, phone/computer use, or workouts can make the front of the body feel compressed. Massage and stretching can soften that area and help you breathe more deeply.

Herbal mini facial and Brazilian lymphatic drainage massage left this client glowing and feeling loved 💕✨️
