As we close out Scalp Health & Awareness Month, we hope this month has been a reminder to pay a little more attention to what’s happening beneath the surface.

From dryness and buildup to thinning, shedding and overall scalp wellness, healthy hair truly begins at the scalp — and sometimes the smallest changes in your routine can make the biggest difference.

We’ve loved sharing more education, treatments and conversations around scalp health this month, and while August may be coming to an end, this is something we’ll continue bringing into the salon all year long. ✨

Every pencil, tissue box, wipe, gift card — every little bit adds up and goes directly toward supporting our local classrooms as they head back to school. ✏️🍎

Back to school has always been about more than new backpacks and fresh starts. Behind every classroom are teachers who give so much of themselves to make our kids feel supported, encouraged and loved.

This year, Vera Luna is giving back to our Auburn teachers + classrooms.

✏️ Throughout August, we’ll be collecting classroom essentials at the salon, with a special focus on Pakachoag Elementary, in loving memory of Mrs. Guittar, and Auburn Middle School.

And on August 24 + 25, a portion of our salon sales will be donated directly back to our Auburn schools to help support their teachers and classrooms.
