Cancellations: The stylists earn their wages by reserving time for our clients, and we make every effort to schedule enough time for each client’s needs. In order to keep this schedule policy working, cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice and/or No-show reservations will be charged a inconvenience fee of 100% of your appointment booked. If you book an appointment over the phone or in person and do not show up, we will send you an invoice via email and/or text message.
*** Please note that prices are subject to change at any time. A $3.50 Covid-19 Service Charge is assessed to each appointment. Prices: All prices are subject to change without notice. Scheduling: We recommend you schedule your next service prior to leaving The Shear Elegance Salon to ensure the best appointment time that works for your schedule. Appointments: Please plan to arrive 5 - 10 minutes before your scheduled service to allow for check-in and service preparation. If arriving late for your appointment, as a courtesy to the next guest, your service will still have to end on time regardless of the start time. Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. The full service price may be applied. Product Return Policy: We will issue a full refund on products unused and returned within 14 days of purchase.

It is with a heavy heart that I must announce The Shear Elegance Salon is permanently closed, effective immediately. This is breaking my heart to say this.
We (Chris & I) began this journey and opened the salon doors on March 2, 2020, just days before the Covid-19 pandemic hit. We managed to make it work though, and not only survived, but thrived. I had absolutely no help from the government, and I was still able to make it. I have met so many amazing people and clients along the way that have turned in to friends. I am grateful to each and every one of you for your support and love through all of this.
In 2022, I was diagnosed with a chronic illness that has increasingly affected my ability to work regular hours and provide the kind of service I have always tried to achieve. Many of you know how much pain I have been in and I have been trying to work through it.
I hope you all understand how hard for me this is. I am putting my health first, and I am not use to this.
Thank you for four and a half wonderful years.

As I still don't feel good and still testing positive for covid the salon will be closed today. I am sorry for any inconveniences. Please continue to send prayers and positive thoughts to us. I want to thank everyone who has checked up on us and have helped us. If you know me you know i will not ask for help. Those of you that have just volunteered and brought items to my home, without asking, truly means so much to me! Thank you so much!
