Welcome to our newest practitioner, Remi Landry, Breathwork Facilitator with Love Like Wild Wellness! She’ll be joining us at the studio Saturdays from 3-7 starting May 30. Here’s a little bit about her and what she offers:

Remi is a holistic health coach and trauma-informed breathwork facilitator with a heart-centered approach to healing and self-connection.

Through Love Like Wild Wellness, she supports individuals in reconnecting to their body’s natural rhythm using breathwork, nervous system education, and foundational lifestyle practices. Her work is rooted in creating a safe, grounded space where clients can soften out of the mind and back into the body.

January is my favorite time of year. The days are slowly getting longer, the air is fresh and crisp, and while January storms tend to be wild and dark with all the fury of Mother Nature behind them, the sunny days bring soft glimpses of the coming spring with new green life peeking out from wherever September left her seeds.
Energetically speaking, winter is a time of introspection, a time when we turn inward and quietly prepare our own seeds to bloom in the spring of life.

Here at we too have been busy incubating our own seeds, quietly planning some new projects to share with you all in a few months.
