This is exactly how I felt last week. My goal, gym 4xs = me in the ortho doctor telling me I need pt for 6 weeks for a torn meniscus 😩😩😩😩 I was so hurt because among other things I was getting it in.

Moral of the story, I ignored my body for 3 months. The knee swelling, pain and discomfort I pushed thru cause I wanted to get healthy. But life has a way of humbling you and making you slow down.
