Enchanted Woods Sanctuary has a 24 hour cancellation policy where if you cancel within 24 hours of the appointment you will receive a full refund. If under 24 hours there will be a half charge of your session. There is no fee for rescheduling. No shows are the full price of your session. (Emergency situations are understandable and will be discussed at that time.) Thank you for understanding!
