The book side of the curriculum broke down the kinesthetics of how the body functions and what effects what
The images of the muscles being built, which each student had to have their own anatomiken skeleton & necessary building materials to build the muscles onto the skeleton, gave the student the visual of location of attachment sites, origins & insertions, the angles of the fibers in the muscles and muscle terminology

This activity became very useful as you advanced higher into understanding the overall functions of the body and how to apply techniques to help a client

Schooled for 1000hrs+ to complete my certification in massage and associates of occupational studies/therapy
I’m thankful for the opportunity to have learned from the professional staff that guided us in all the book 📕 work and the modalities
