Ten Years of Tease đ¤
Itâs hard to put into words what the past decade has meant.
Ten years of laughter, learning, late nights, and endless transformationâŚnot just in hair, but in heart. What started as a dream between two girls with big goals has become a space filled with beauty, growth, and connection beyond anything we couldâve imagined.
To every stylist who has ever called Tease home; thank you for bringing your creativity, your hustle, and your heart. To every client who has trusted us through every season of life â thank you for making this dream possible. You are the reason Tease has become what it is today.
And to my sidekick, my partner, and my constant through it all ⌠I couldnât imagine this journey without you. Weâve built something so special, and Iâm endlessly proud of what weâve accomplished together.
Hereâs to 10 years of Tease⌠and to the next 10 filled with even more magic. â¨
Come celebrate with us November 14th from 6â8!
Letâs toast to the stylists, clients,
and community that built it all. đĽ
Car line drop-off â
Make the bed â
Pick up yesterdayâs clothes that somehow
multiplied overnight â
Off to a doctorâs appointmentâŚ
Now that Iâve got two drivers, mornings are faster (and bittersweet). No makeup, just doing its thing and giving me energy to keep up.
Whatâs your go-to morning reset after drop-off â skincare, cleaning, or chaos?
GRWM | Morning Routine Edition;
ft. the star of the GLOW ; this skincare line has literally brought my aged skin back to life.
also, my hair health has never been this GOOD, we recently became a salon and there is no turning back now. My fav oil for before blowouts is the feature here! Stop by the salon and grab yours today! You will not regret it.

Episode 2: Stylist Growth;
In Episode 1, we talked about client growth through social media. But hereâs the truth: growth doesnât stop once a client is in your chair â itâs what you do next that matters.
Rebooking isnât optional. Itâs retention.
And hereâs the key: donât ask â tell.
When you confidently guide clients on when to come back, you build trust and create consistency.
Quick guide for retention:
Color clients: 6â8 weeks
Cut clients: 6â10 weeks
Blondes Clients: 5â7 week
Root Touch Up: 4-6 weeks
Treatments: 4â6 weeks
Clients want leadership. You provide the service and the roadmap.
Growth isnât just about new clients. Itâs about keeping the ones you already have.
Do you confidently rebook every client before they leave?

Your boundaries should look different inside and outside the salon.
Inside: Be open, say yes, fill your book, and create opportunities. Today I worked behind the chair, serving my clients with focus and care.
Outside: Shut the door, recharge, and show up to life beyond work. This afternoon, that meant leaving in time to take my son to his doctor appointmentâbecause being present for him matters just as much as being present for my clients.
Both matter. Both make you better at the other.
Tell me in the comments what time your phone goes on DND ; for me itâs 8:14.
đ Head to my stories to see what my day actually looked like!

How I built a booming clientele (without burning out) â even with 3 kids
Spoiler: It wasnât luck.
1ď¸âŁ I said yes to Saturdays when I needed to.
Not forever, but in the building years I took clients when they could come â even if it wasnât my âdream scheduleâ yet. I earned the right to be picky later.
2ď¸âŁ I learned new techniques constantly.
If youâre only working inside your comfort zone, youâre shrinking your opportunities. Every class, every shadow day, every mentor â I saw them as investments, not expenses.
3ď¸âŁ I treated every client like they were my billboard.
No âthrowawayâ haircuts or halfâhearted color jobs â every guest left knowing I gave my best work and my best energy, because you never know whoâs looking at their hair.
4ď¸âŁ I didnât hide during slow seasons â I used them.
Downtime wasnât for complaining; it was for marketing, connecting with clients, refreshing my skills, and getting ahead so busy season felt easier.
The truth is, you donât need to work yourself into the ground â but you do need to work with intention. Every choice either grows your business or stalls it.
Which one hits home for you the most?
