All my life I have seen a world where women of color are constantly overlooked, and underestimated. No matter how big or small I noticed the line that was drawn in-between women that looked like me and those that fit the ideal image of what people thought the standard of beauty should look like. It’s time for a shift; I want women of color to be recognized and honored as the powerhouses
