At Blooming Embers Therapy & Wellness, we believe wellness extends far beyond our doors. Building partnerships with local schools, businesses, organizations, and community leaders allows us to share resources, support one another, and make self-care and wellness more accessible.
We were honored to partner with Miller-Motte College Augusta for their Wellness & Self-Care Day and spend time encouraging future healthcare professionals to remember an important truth: you cannot continually pour into others without also caring for yourself.

The Little Fig Gatherings are special storybook-inspired experiences created for children ages 3–10 — a place where little ones can explore, create, use their imaginations, meet new friends, and most importantly, feel like they belong.
Our first adventure takes us into The Secret of Maggie Figg’s Garden. 🔎🌿
The Little Figs will enjoy: 🍂 A gentle mystery adventure
🏮 A paper lantern craft
📖 Stories & imaginative play
🧁 Snacks & treats
💜 Opportunities to make new friends
📕 Their very own Little Fig Passport

We at Blooming Embers are so excited to announce the launch of our Confidence Closet!
The Confidence Closet is a community program created to support women who may have fallen on hard times and are preparing to re-enter the workforce. We want women in our community to have access to professional clothing that helps them walk into an interview feeling confident, prepared, and ready for their next chapter.
At Blooming Embers, we understand that hard seasons happen—and sometimes a little support can make a big difference.
And we need YOUR help to make this possible! 💜
We are currently accepting gently used, clean, interview-appropriate items, including:
Business casual and professional clothing
Dress pants
Blouses and professional tops
Dresses, skirts, and blazers
Professional shoes
Purses and handbags
Accessories appropriate for interviews and work
As a thank-you, donate qualifying items to the Confidence Closet and receive $15 OFF a 60-minute massage. THROUGH SEPTEMBER ONLY!

When was the last time you opened a mailbox and found a handwritten letter waiting just for you?

Not a text.
Not a notification.
Not another social media message.

An actual letter. 💜

This fall, Blooming Embers is bringing back a little bit of old-fashioned connection with our Snail Mail Club!

🍂 September–December 2026

Here’s how it works:

💌 Sign up and complete a short application telling us about your personality, interests, hobbies, and the age group you'd like to be paired with.

🌿 Blooming Embers will thoughtfully match you with a mystery pen pal.

🔐 You’ll each receive a private FIG CODE. Your real name, address, phone number, and personal information are never exchanged.

📮 Write your letters at home and bring them to The Fig Post mailbox inside Blooming Embers at 720 Broad Street.

💜 We sort the mail and your mystery friend picks up their letter from us using their code.

Then they write back!

For three months, you get to know someone the old-fashioned way—through stories, questions, encouragement, laughter, favorite songs, recipes, memories and handwritten words.

And then comes the best part...

✨ THE DECEMBER FRIENDSHIP DINNER ✨

After months of knowing each other only by your FIG codes, everyone will gather at Blooming Embers for dinner.

And you'll finally discover...

WHO HAS BEEN WRITING TO YOU. 💌

Maybe you meet someone completely different from you.

Maybe you find someone who understands you.

Maybe two people who would have walked right past each other in everyday life discover that they have the makings of a wonderful friendship.
