o receive your confirmation for your appointment. In the confirmation you will be given instructions and direction for your appointment. If you do not receive a confirmation text/email within 24 hours of completing your booking, then your booking is incomplete. In the booking confirmation you will be sent instructions and directions for your appointment. SECURITY DEPOSIT FEES
Your security deposit amount will depend on your choice of service. The security deposit will be deducted from your total service price, which is due no later than at the completion of your service. I understand times may be hard during this unprecedented epidemic. With that being said, if you schedule your appointment two or more weeks prior to your desired time of service I will allow you to hold a time slot without a security deposit up until one week prior to your slot. At that time you will have 24 hours to pay your security deposit in full. Upon receiving your security deposit your booking will be confirmed. ANY CLIENT WHO’S SECURITY DEPOSIT ISN’T RECEIVED IN FULL WILL NOT BE BOOKED! LATE FEES
I understand that unprecedented circumstances happen that causes us to be late, but please value the time of the clients after you, as well as mine. I will only allow 30 minutes late to your appointment before I cancel or allow you to reschedule. If you show up within the first 15 minutes, then your late fee will be $15. If you arrive anytime after the first 15 minutes, then there will be a late fee of $40 added to your service. The only way to waive your late fee is to alert me no later than one hour before your scheduled appointment. If there are three consecutive appointments, or more, with tardiness then I will not allow you to book with Crowned by Casey again. CANCELLATION FEES
In the event that you need to cancel an appointment, then contact me. If you reach out to me within 72-48 hours before your scheduled appointment, then there will be no extra charge. However, cancelling your appointment within 47 hours or less before your appointment will result in a cancellation fee of $50 due immediately upon cancelling/rescheduling your booked appointment. If the cancellation fee is not paid in full before rescheduling, then you will not receive a new confirmation. If I am to cancel an appointment, on my behalf, due to unprecedented circumstances, then I will refund you up to 50% with rescheduling options at no extra costs. If you decide to opt out of rescheduling at that moment, then I will refund up to 80% of your security deposit fees. RESCHEDULING FEES
In order to reschedule your scheduled appointment, then you must do so no later than 72-48 hours ahead of time with a $5 rescheduling fee. After 48 hours you will then have to cancel with all applicable fees being paid in full. All of those fees MUST be PAID IN FULL at time of rescheduling to receive a new confirmation. There will be an additional $15 booking fee to approve a rescheduled appointment. This fee will be due at the time of final payment. There is also an additional $10 fee to change/add services to a scheduled appointment. In the event that I must reschedule or add/change services to an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances on my behalf, then these additional fees will be waived. NCNS (no call no shows)
