What are handtied hair extensions? Why all the craze?.
Hand-tied hair extensions actually refers to the type of extension being used in the service. Not the actual service itself!
Lets break it down:
▪️When you see hand tied hair extensions being offered we use a weft of hair that is only about 15 grams each weft. The real remy human hair is sewn to the weft by HAND! They are not machine made. they are very thin making them lay very flat & comfortably on your scalp. We can layer up to 6 wefts per row! Most full head applications involve 2 rows of 6 wefts ... but could also require more rows or less wefts!
▪️They are virtually invisible on your head allowing you to wear a high pony, half up, braids and more!.
▪️They are NOT damaging: they have minimal points of contact on your natural hair, they actually give your natural hair a chance to “rest”. How amazing is that, especially if your hair has been through some trauma?
▪️The hair can be treated as normal hair, because it is REAL! & can be used over & over again, when cared for properly.
▪️They can be permed, colored, shadowed to blend seamlessly with your natural hair! We will color match you for the perfect blend!. One more thing to remember... this is a luxury service and with that they are an investment!

Salon update!!!!

This is such a tough time in knowing exactly what to do with clientele and working over the next several weeks ...

As of right now this is the best I can come up with and hope it can continue to pan out!!!

I want you to know I’ve been doing my part since early this week to limit my exposure to all high traffic/attended areas, have disinfected my home and workspace up and down, prepped my home so that I will not need to be in public...unless imminent circumstances arise for the next several weeks... and while I’ve done my part I need to trust and know, that my clients have and are doing the same ... if any of the following applies to you within the last week (or anything remotely similar...please be hyper sensitive to where you have been) ... have you been to any covid exposed area,(including skiing), been in any high traffic area/gathering (like a concert), traveled by plane , been at a gym, feeling ill for any reason, or ARE ill... please reschedule now! Again if you have to think twice about anywhere you’ve been if it’s ok... then just reschedule.

Because this is my home...
and I need to protect my family,
and everyone who enters...
but my family also relies on this income,
(and being self employed there are no government aid programs to help while not working)...
it’s such a tough spot to be in deciding on how to exactly handle this.

What I feel is the most useful for everyones safety and health ... is to know that the salon is being cleaned before, during, and after clients! everything I use has a single use per client and then goes into wash, disinfectant, or sterilizer...
I will also have an entry screening, rules, and guidelines to follow while here for services... you will be given this info via text before arrival of your appointment.

If you feel you CAN wait several weeks for your appointment... please reschedule ASAP!

If you feel you cannot commit to what is stated above... please reschedule ASAP!

or if you overall do not feel comfortable leaving the comfort and safety of your own home... please reschedule ASAP!

Lastly... clients, family, and friends... you mean the world to me ... and your health and safety are of the utmost importance aswell! I need trust and know mine and my family’s is just as important to you...so transparency is vital right now!

(The more clientele I take on -the less flexibility I have to offer my current clients, and I don’t want to do that to anyone.)
