Confession: We get irrationally excited when we see the tag notification. 😂
If your hair, nails, outfit, or glow-up came from a local business you love, give them a tag. It’s one of the easiest (and most appreciated) ways to support small businesses. 🤍✨

Clocked out for five days to celebrate two people I love, and somehow came home loving them even more.
We packed more adventure into five days than I thought was possible. Weddings, snorkeling, ziplining, swimming with sharks, monkeys and sloths, late-night beach walks, incredible food, and views I’ll be thinking about for a long time.
It was nearly impossible to choose only 20 photos. Every day was filled with sunshine, saltwater, laughter, and adventure.
My soul needed this more than I realized.
Thank you, Roatán, for the reset. I’m heading home recharged, grateful, and with a very full heart. 🩵🏝️
My 3 go-to neurotoxin brands👇 I describe this all day long
💜 Botox
💚 Dysport
🩵 Daxxify
The interesting part? All three contain botulinum toxin type A.
The difference isn’t the active ingredient—it’s the formulation.
• Botox: reliable and predictable with onset around 5–7 days
• Dysport: tends to kick in a little faster, often within 2–3 days
• Daxxify: formulated with a proprietary peptide and may last longer for some patients
So which one is best?
The answer depends on your goals, treatment history, anatomy, metabolism, and how quickly you’d like to see results.
That’s why I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. The best neurotoxin is the one that fits YOU.
Which team are you: Botox, Dysport, or Daxxify?
PSA: You do not get bonus points for tolerating pain during your appointment.
I have lidocaine.
I have numbing cream.
I have options.
If something hurts, say something. 💉🤍
Friendly reminder:
If filler hurts during your treatment, please tell me.
I promise you’re not being dramatic, difficult, or inconveniencing me.
In fact, I probably have three+ different ways to make you more comfortable sitting within arm’s reach.
There is no award for suffering through your appointment. My goal is great results AND a good experience.
So next time something feels spicy, let a girl know. 💉✨
Thinking about Botox but nervous about the needle?
You’re not alone.
One of the most common things I hear from first-time patients is, “I hate needles.”
The funny part? Most people imagine something much larger than what we actually use.
Botox is typically injected with a tiny 31-gauge needle—so small that many patients are surprised by how comfortable the treatment is once we get started.
Have you ever avoided a treatment because you thought it would hurt? Let me know below. 👇
And that doesn't include the other 80 units that went into my armpits
Someone’s “too much” is someone else’s maintenance dose.
And yes… injectors usually need a lot too 😂
