Gentle Touch: As a holistic practitioner I use slow, intentional movements like light hair combing, finger-styling, detangling, scalp scratching, and gentle hair parting.

ASMR and Sounds: Sessions often incorporate ASMR (Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response) elements, relying on soft brushing sounds, quiet environments, and light sensory tools like feathers or face cradles.

Add-Ons: Treatments may include soothing scalp massages with oils, hot towels, eye masks, or sound therapy. (All optional)
