For Monique’s haircut, I razor cut the entire shape to create soft movement, lived-in texture, and an effortless finish.
This type of haircut is especially great if you like to air dry your hair or if your hair has that in-between texture—not completely straight, but with a slight bend or natural wave. With the right products, you can really enhance that texture without a lot of effort.
Products used:
-Bumble and Bumble High Drama Styling Foam
-DevaCurl Styling Cream
I then diffused her hair to encourage her natural movement and create soft, piecey definition.
If you’re in Austin and have been looking for a hairstylist who specializes in customized precision haircuts, I’d love to have you in my chair. Every haircut is tailored to your face shape, hair texture, lifestyle, and styling routine.

Noemi had been wearing natural dark hair for a long time and was ready for something different, but she still wanted to feel like herself.
We went with a medium-dark brown that gives her a noticeable change without taking her too far from what she’s used to. Because changing your hair doesn’t always mean going blonde or doing something drastic. Sometimes a subtle shift in depth and tone is enough to make your hair feel completely new.
And one of my favorite things about this color? It gets even prettier as it fades. It’ll soften into a milk-chocolate brown so she won’t feel the need to come in and re-tone it.
For someone who wants to stay on top of this color, 8 weeks is a perfect time to come back and touch up her new growth. But because there’s so little contrast with her natural color, she could easily stretch it closer to 12 weeks and still have a beautiful grow-out.
If you’re ready for a hair color designed around you and your maintenance goals, I’d love to help guide you in the right direction. Book your appointment through the link in my bio 🥰.

We put the “vision” in improvision and gave you a black cherry princess 👑🍒
Ryan had never been to a hairstylist before. He found me on social media and decided to give me a shot.
A lot of today’s trending men’s haircuts, like modern mullets, flow cuts, and mod cuts, rely on intentional layering, the right amount of texture, and movement in all the right places. This entire haircut was done with a feather razor to create a soft, lived-in finish. The final result you see here was almost completely air-dried, and I think that’s what makes it even better. It looks natural, effortless, and doesn’t require a ton of styling.
This isn’t me saying barbers can’t create these looks, because many absolutely can. But if you’re having a hard time finding someone who specializes in longer, layered men’s cuts, it might be worth trying a hairstylist. Some guys even see both: a barber for the fade part of your haircut and a hairstylist for the layers.

What to book: ‘Medium-long cut’ if already in this style, or ‘The Reset cut’ if it’s a transformation like this one.
Products used: Bumble and bumble. ‘High Drama Styling Foam’ for density and volume. This product is perfect for fine textured hair.
Kennedy came to me after investing in expensive haircuts that never delivered the shape, texture, or movement she had been hoping for.
Her biggest concerns? Too much bulk, awkward grow-out, and a shape that never truly reflected her personal style.
Although her individual strands are fine, she has a lot of hair density, which makes this one of the most technical hair types to cut. Too much texturizing can leave the hair stringy, while not enough can make it feel heavy and bulky.
For this transformation, I started by dry cutting the entire shape first so I could see exactly where the weight was sitting. From there, I detailed and texturized every section individually to create movement, softness, and a shape tailored specifically to her.
I’m a stylist who believes great haircuts shouldn’t just look good the day you leave the salon, they should grow out seamlessly, fit your lifestyle, and be easy to recreate at home. That’s why I take my time with each client to teach them styling techniques, and recommend products that support your specific haircut.
✂️ Textured Mod Mullet
Products used: ‘Matte Paste’
If you’ve struggled to find someone who understands texture, shape, and personalized haircutting, I’d love to help.
For major changes or haircut corrections, please book a ‘Transformation Haircut’ so I can reserve enough time to fully customize your experience.

Get you a hairstylist that keeps evolving your look so you never get stuck wearing the same hairstyle all the time 👀
Lucky for Moses, he’s one of my besties, so I’m constantly throwing new ideas at him whether he asks for it or not 😂. From different styling techniques, to product recommendations, to changing up the vibe completely… I’m always making sure he stays looking fresh, modern, and on trend. Haircuts are part of your style, so it should reflect the era you are in.
He normally wears his hair more textured and messy, but this time we switched it up with a cleaner slicked-back style. Same haircut… completely different look.
That’s something a lot of guys don’t realize— sometimes you don’t need a whole new haircut. You just need to learn different ways to style it.
Especially if you’re starting a new job, building confidence, dating, creating content, or just wanting to elevate your overall style… your haircut and the way you wear it honestly makes a huge difference.
Products I used:
• ‘Texture Cream’ on wet hair, then blow dried back with Paul Mitchell ‘413 sculpting brush’
• I used ‘Shine Paste’ mixed with a little bit of water to finish of the slicked back look
• Used Sculpting brush to finish brushing hair back
These hair products are linked in my link tree under ‘Shop’ tab and will be under ‘Men Essentials’.
If you’re wanting a fresh new look, styling guidance, or just ideas on how to wear your hair differently, book with me and I’ll help guide you 🤝. Want this look? Book under ‘Skin fade’
