This month, we’re celebrating someone who helps keep Harlow buzzing behind the scenes and beyond.
As our Director of Digital Operations, Sydney brings creativity, dedication, and a whole lot of heart to everything she does. From creating content and supporting our team to constantly finding ways to improve the guest experience, she consistently goes above and beyond.
Sydney embodies Harlow’s values through her teamwork, passion for growth, and willingness to jump in wherever she’s needed. We are so grateful for all that she does and the positive energy she brings to our salon every day.

From Junior Stylist to Stylist ✨👏
Today we’re celebrating a HUGE milestone for our girl Cici as she officially level jumps from Junior Stylist to Stylist at Harlow Beauty!
Watching Cici grow into the artist she is becoming has been something really special. Her hard work, consistency, dedication to her craft, and willingness to keep learning have truly paid off. She shows up every single day ready to grow, support her team, and give her guests the best experience possible—and it does not go unnoticed.
Cici embodies so much of what Harlow stands for. From following systems, staying coachable, stepping into leadership opportunities, and continuously pushing herself outside of her comfort zone… she has earned this moment. 💫
Level jumps are never just handed out around here—they are built through commitment, growth, trust, and putting in the work behind the scenes day after day. And Cici has done exactly that.
