*We are returning in phases, therefore not all stylists will be available starting on May 8th* This is what to expect for safety protocols to fight the spread of COVID upon entering West End Salon: -When you arrive, please text your stylist or text 936-355-0595. When your stylist is ready they will call/text you to come inside. Our waiting area is not open at this time. -Only the client is allowed at their appointment. No children, family members or guests etc. -We will be implementing temperature checks with a touchless infrared thermometer to check the temperature of employees and of each guest with an appointment who enters the salon. Any employee or guest who has a temperature above 99F will be sent home immediately and not allowed to return to the salon until they have no fever and no evidence of COVID-19 symptoms. -All guests/employees must be wearing a mask that loops behind the ears to enter. All guests/employees must wear this mask during the entire appointment at the salon. -Please wash hands or use hand sanitizer upon arrival. -Maintain social distancing at all times. Spacing between persons in the salon should be at least six feet, except when staff is servicing guests. -If you are sick or have been around anyone who has been ill, please reschedule. -There will be no waxing services available. -We will be temporarily suspending all blow-dry services to help prevent the spread of germs. -We are also suspending our beverage service; please bring your own beverages to your appointment. -We ask you to limit the personal belongings you bring into the salon to cell phone and form of payment. Please leave all bags in your car. To reduce contact at this time the best form of payment is contactless - no cash accepted. -Please rest assured that we have provided extra sanitation measured, cleaning after every client, and observing state-province guidelines by disinfecting all surfaces and implements, laundering all capes towels , and linens in between each client. We have also removed any non-essential items throughout our business. With that said we are excited to see you back! Thank you
