Hey friends and fans! Important announcement; I need to *un-endorse* ColourPop cosmetics due to their horrible customer service.

As many of you know, I'm a big fan of their eyeshadow, so much so that I ordered a few palettes for gifts for family for christmas. Well, I got my order earlier this week and they had sent me someone else's order, packing slip and all. And I get it, mistakes happen, so I contacted them with all pertinent info and photos regarding the mix up. I also made it clear that these were intended as gifts so I needed them by Saturday or not at all.

Not only have they repeatedly only half-answered all of my emails to them while insisting they don't do refunds for any reason, but they are now saying they won't expedite the shipping and are sending the order anyway.

This is SUCH SH*TTY BUSINESS! YOU made the mistake, not me, so YOU should do what is necessary to fix it!

I finally had to contact PayPal and file a claim, which is ridiculous over a $40 order, but clearly this company does NOT value it's customers.

Anyway, if you are looking for great and fun products with GOOD customer service, I recommend Urban Decay, Too Faced, and Buxom!

Many of you have approached as aspiring makeup artists wanting to learn more about different styles of makeup application. I am looking at putting together a series of makeup classes this summer FOR MAKEUP ARTISTS in the Austin area!

Each workshop will be a half day long with both a lecture / demonstration portion followed by a practical application portion. Artists will receive a certificate of completion after each class to do with what you please ;)
