She is officially a stylist on the floor at our Bee Cave Salon location! She has completed a full color apprentice program where she mastered skills such as color formulation, consultation, highlights, foil work, balayage, lowlights, marketing, business, sales, social media and more!

Miranda is truly just naturally gifted. She makes everything she does look so easy. That’s a gift. We are so proud of her and excited for you to sit in her chair for color! She is currently in our cut program with our amazing cut team and will be offering cuts soon!

Our girl .marinicia has been working really hard this past year, focusing on her health, wellness, and career and let us tell you…it has not gone unnoticed!

Mari hit her KPI’s and was promoted to educator several months back and then made it a goal to earn a management position on our education team.

This is not easy to do. Our management team observes leadership skills that involve mentoring, client interactions, education, ideas, problem solving, positivity, and leading through actions. In addition to that additional KPI’s must be reached and maintained.

She has really taken the lead and has sharpened her skills as a problem solver and communicator. Coming up with ideas to improve our program and providing support to everyone in it. We are so very proud of you MARI! This promotion was earned and well deserved and there is no better feeling than being part of something bigger than ourselves.

by.dacia has joined as our newest educator! She is just what the program needs. Dacia is a graduate of the education program herself. She has lived it and really understands that when you listen and apply the advice you receive and have a positive mindset, it can take your career places you never knew it would go.

It’s not just about taking in what lessons we bring to you in your program, but continuing to educate yourself on business, marketing, technique, and mindset throughout your career.

We’ve seen Spencer grow into an incredible stylist over the last 5 years. His clients are obsessed with him and his dog Apollo and we are too 😆
