🔘 The salon has a stress/drama free, casual, hip atmosphere.

🔘 Our major product lines are Bumble and bumble, Morrocan Oil, Aquage, Davines and Kevin Murphy and Formula 18.

Vitali Salon is looking for an new energetic Salon coordinator/receptionist!

This is a FULL-TIME position.... $30,000-$33,000

THIS POSITION IS AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY!

As the face of our salon, our ideal candidate will:
• Be responsible, professional, personable and have positive upbeat attitude
• High energy, punctual and dress fashionable.
• Have good phone etiquette, be a quick learner and be a good team player
• Must have exceptional customer service skills, an outgoing personality and have good listening skills

Responsibilities
• Must be computer proficient
• Assist all guests with outstanding customer service
• Oversee daily appointment calendar and ensure schedule flows seamlessly throughout the day
• Reply to emails promptly
• Price and order retail products
• Maintain the overall appearance of the salon, front reception area and retail display
• General salon maintenance....laundry, dishes and restroom upkeep......etc.

Hours
• Tuesday-Friday 8:30am - 6:00pm
• Saturday 8:30am - 2:00pm

Dear Clients,

Given the recent uncertainty with everything that’s going on, I wanted to take a moment to reach out to you and let you know that we are still open for business like usual and are doing everything we can to ensure your safety while visiting the salon. I also wanted to share with you our current safety measures and guidelines that we are following to keep the salon clean and safe.

-Masks are required inside the salon; this goes for both clients and stylists alike.

-There is currently no more “double-booking” meaning one client per stylist at a time, this has allowed us to successfully keep the number of guests in each room down and help keep the waiting area less crowded.

-We are disinfecting all surfaces in between each client (All counters, stations, chairs, bathroom areas, door k***s, you name it-we’ve cleaned it!)

-We are washing our hands and are encouraging our guests to do the same after checking in at the front desk with sanitizer.

-Our stations are all spaced 6ft apart or more, allowing proper social distancing.

We are open for business and we miss you!! Looking forward to seeing you at your next appointment.
