Back in the saddle. 🚴‍♀️🔥

School is back, which means 6:20 AM football drop-offs are officially part of the routine. 🏈 Add in moving, selling our home, work, kids, workouts AND trying to get that beauty sleep… and we are BUSY. 😅

But I’m making movement a priority again—even if I have to squeeze it in wherever it fits. This morning: sauna spin. 🔥🚴‍♀️

One thing I have to remember with these HOT workouts: HYDRATE. I drink a ton of water, but with all that sweating, electrolytes are important too because they help replace sodium and other minerals lost through sweat and support hydration, muscles and normal nerve function.

And I always add my creatine. 💪 Creatine isn’t just for bodybuilders—it can help support strength, power and workout performance, and it helps muscles replenish the quick energy they use during intense exercise. Consistency is the key with that one!

Now… if I can just be as committed to getting enough sleep. 😂😴
