We're looking for a talented barber to join our team. Must have qualities: professionalism, punctuality, consistency, detail oriented, reliability, client-first mindset, ability to deliver high quality services, excellent communication skills
Responsibilities include: driving the mobile shop to the clients location, delivering high quality services and experiences, taking appointments via phone/text, money handling, general shop maintenance/upkeep, representing the business, some outreach and marketing activities.
Must have: Valid TX drivers license and TX barber license.

When I first built this truck, it had no heater. I figured, this is Texas, let’s focus on the AC during the summer right? As we got through our first summer last year, I was obsessed with the client experience from communication to comfort. We don’t get too cold in Texas, but when we do it hits different for our people. So I tore out the old AC and installed a AC/heater mini split.
Did I have to do it? No.
Was it cheap? No.
Was I able to get my money back for my first AC? No.
It’s not about the $$ it’s about the clients. Every opportunity to improve the experience must be taken, this is only one example.

I have always judged a barber / barbershop by how low they can successful blend a taper fade. Usually 1 of 2 things happen:
1) the fade is lacking and you’re left with a low, but hard line
2) the fade is great but it is higher than you wanted
Rarely is it done perfectly, with a high quality fade and still very low.
