Another year for Issalookbyla 🤍✨

This anniversary isn’t just a celebration of makeup artist it’s a reflection of everything it took to build a service-based business from the ground up.

What I offer goes far beyond the chair. It’s structure, consistency, communication, preparation, and a standard of experience that exists long before a client ever sits down.

What people see is the finished look. What I’ve built is everything behind it.

I didn’t step into entrepreneurship with a blueprint. I stepped in with a vision and had to build everything else along the way. Systems, discipline, patience, and the ability to stay consistent through every season of growth.

And I’ve learned that entrepreneurship will stretch you in every direction. It builds character just as much as it builds business.

One of the biggest lessons in that process has been learning to stay grounded in vision. Not everything will be understood by everyone, and not every perspective will align with what you’re building but clarity in your purpose has to stay louder than outside noise.

At the center of it all is still my clients. I don’t view appointments as transactions I view them as moments people trust me with. Every client in my chair is there for a reason, and I don’t take that lightly.

So today is simply gratitude for the journey, the growth, and every client who has trusted this vision. 🤍
