For Commission Stylists (3+ Years Experience):
- Flexible full-time or part-time schedules
- Up to 55% sliding scale commission on services (and up to 25% on retail!)
- Up to 4 weeks of wellness time with zero required makeup days
- A generous paid vacation program tied directly to your success
For Independent Stylists:
- Ultimate flexibility to run your business your way
- Premium Aveda backbar included
- Luxury client refreshments provided to elevate your guest experience
