She came in for a maintenance appointment with newer extensions, after recently moving to town and needing a stylist to keep her hair maintained.

When I removed her rows, I got my first real look at the natural hair underneath.

And just like that, we had a plan.

Her next appointment will be a bigger one. We are giving her natural hair the support it needs with a healthy cut, a color correction to blend uneven tones, and a fresh start with a maintenance plan that makes sense for her hair.

Today was the reset.

Next time is the glow-up. ✨
