Happy Holidays to all my valued clients, I hope you can all find some peace and joy in this last month of 2022. Here is my treatment list for the new year. If you haven’t already taken advantage of the infrared sauna, try it out!

60 Minute Massage $115
90 Minute Massage $170

Infrared Sauna $40 for 45 minutes


Massage can include aromatherapy, hydrotherapy, cupping, myofascial release, trigger point therapy and different modalities depending on treatment recommendations.

Just sending out a brief note to all my clients that despite the recent announcement today my business protocols on covid protections will be unchanged. This includes including wearing a mask, filling out covid questionnaire, temperature screening and all sanitization protocols. I will continue to work with you to protect your family and my family against this on going issue. Good health to everyone.
