Soft skills level 2 art with sr. Cureist Tu Anh

📢 Rachel and Kristin here. We’re the owners of ‘Cure Studios and unfortunately, we’re here with a bummer of an update.

It is with totally broken hearts that we share that the bespoke and beautiful studio we built in 2020 experienced catastrophic water infiltration and severe damage yesterday due to the ongoing construction on our building.

Within minutes, we had inches of water pouring in through the ceilings. Within hours, all of the custom art and craftsmanship that went into our space had been demolished.

🖤 The good news: our team is safe. 100% champions and no stranger to rolling with the punches, they acted quickly, got everyone out the door safely, and handled themselves with grace and professionalism even though this is terrifying for them.

🖤 The bad news: we will need to temporarily close the studio while we assess the full extent of the damage and begin repairs. Right now, our priority is our team and making sure they’re supported and cared for as we work through next steps.

Here’s what we’re focused on first:

⚡️Contacting every client with upcoming appointments
⚡️Working on temp solutions for our clients and our team
⚡️Navigating cleanup + repairs as quickly as possible

This space means more to us than we can easily put into words. It’s where our team shows up for one another, where so many of you have spent time, trusted us, and made this place what it is.

We created ‘Cure Studios because we firmly believed that the nail industry could be better - more sustainable, more in service of the nail artists who make it possible, and more inclusive to everyone who comes through our doors…while also being the most luxurious and high quality nail experience around. Seeing it so damaged is heartbreaking. But our commitment to our mission hasn’t changed and we will rebuild.

We don’t have all the answers yet, but we promise to share updates as we learn more. Thank you for the kindness, loyalty, and patience you’ve shown us. This community is the reason this place exists, and we’re holding that close as we move forward.
