I am making changes so that when I do die, it’s not because of illness. It’s because my life was over.Every single one of us dies. No one gets out of this life alive. Subtle changes can make big differences. self-care that you think is just fluff could actually be some of the things that help you enjoy and extend your life. I’m excited!!

Happy happy 29th birthday to my oldest. My first born. The one who taught me to be a mom. The one who made me a Mimi. To the one I grew up with while helping him grow up. I have always been your biggest fan. You have made me so proud for so many reasons but these last few months have made me the most proud.
