Is your lifestyle affecting your skin? Some actions you can take to help your skin could be as simple as making a few minor adjustments, like eating healthier (more whole foods, nutrient dense), eliminate high inflammatory foods, avoid hot/warm water when rinsing cleanser (too much heat will dehydrate the skin), drinking more water, exercise, avoiding ci******es and alcohol, avoiding stress, relaxing/sleeping 7+ hours every night and protecting your skin from the sun or other environmental stressors (SPF + Vitamin C). Make sure you're adhering to a skin care regimen twice a day. A successful skincare regime includes cleansing, toning, treating, and moisturising. You can start caring for you skin with a personalised skin care regimen that will address your specific skincare needs. Skincare isn’t one size fits all. It’s super important to know what skin type you have and what ingredients are best for YOUR skin. Just because you see someone with beautiful glowing skin and they told you what they do to achieve it, doesn’t mean the same will work for you. With these small yet significant lifestyle modifications and patience + consistency, you can be sure to see your skin transform for the better.

Hey Friends. A benefit in honor of a local Avon mommy Christina Smith is being held this weekend. She is a neighbor and very close friend of friends. I can’t even begin to imagine the fear and sadness they are experiencing but I do know I will try to help this sweet family however I can.
