Lately, we’ve had an overwhelming number of messages asking for same week appointments. While we truly wish we could accommodate everyone, our schedules are often booked well in advance.

When we do our best to offer the limited openings we have available, repeatedly declining every option and expecting us to extend an already 13-15 hour workday is unfair and, quite honestly, disrespectful. Yet here we are doing it because for some messed up reason we feel bad about being fully booked.

Just like any other profession, we have designated business hours and a limited number of appointments available each week. When those spots are filled, they’re filled.

Pre-booking your next appointment helps ensure you get the day and time that works best for you and avoids the stress of trying to squeeze in at the last minute.

Hair appointments are pre-booked. Lash appointments are pre-booked. Facials are pre-booked. Nail appointments are no different.

The walk-in mentality created by chop shops has unfortunately led many people to believe nail professionals should always be available on demand. The reality is that this is our career, our livelihood, and our time deserves the same respect as any other skilled profession. That seems to slip a lot of your minds.

If maintaining your nails is important to you, securing your next appointment before you leave is the best way to guarantee your spot.
