Day 22, I awoke fresh & anew!
Telling Earl Dean this morning I feel like everything is back in place this morning. 😆 My appetite is back. No longer feeling weak in my upper arms and upper legs. 😊 Still having tingling on the bottle of my feet when I lay down, but that is just the nerves healing from surgery. Looking forward to my follow-up appointment on March 5th. I miss you all and looking forward to being behind the chair soon. 🤗

I want to thank my sweet friend & client Veronica Morales Merrill for the delicious meal she prepared for us this past Monday! It was such a blessing to not worry about cooking while I'm recovering. You are so kind my friend and will never be forgotten. Looking forward to our wine night hair appointment. ❤️

It's day 16 and I'm really feeling great! I get spaghetti legs when I walk or stand too long, but I walk every day.

I'm enjoying my daily naps. I'm beginning to get bored. This week I got caught up on the salon bookkeeping & banking. Next week I will start tackling our Income Taxes, yuk.

I'm very thankful to have the best clients ever! I can't wait to see you soon. I ❤️ you!

Update
Day 7 after surgery. Excited to share today the catheter was removed, Yay! 😁

I haven't had much pain but just tenderness where the incisions are. I've been sleeping alot and walking a few laps around my back patio every day and my sweet Earl Dean has been taking great care of me.

Yesterday evening my sweet client Beverly Bryant brought us over delicious homemade chicken enchiladas, beans & rice, salad, tortilla chips, guacamole & hot sauce, and praline pecan pie. She also brought us a bag full of grapefruits, oranges and kiwi. Tonight we enjoyed the leftovers and it was just as delicious as last night. 😋

To everyone, thank you kindly for all your prayers, text messages & phone calls. I'm so thankful for all the prepared meals and sweet gifts. I feel your love and thoughtfulness.
