This one of my amazing recent total transformation patients. She lost almost 200 pounds through diet , exercise, and GLP-1 therapy! That’s an amazing accomplishment. This is stage 1 of putting on the finishing touches and bring out her inner body.
Extreme weight loss affects the body circumferentially, and it’s typically necessary to break up the surgery into stages based on the priorities of the patient.
Here, we combined a femur-de-lis abdominoplasty with a breast lift and auto-augmentation. No implants! She has beautiful, natural shape and volume using her own tissue.
