Some of the most challenging cases can be revision surgery. This patient presented after several prior breast reconstruction surgeries with a ruptured right breast, implant and significant asymmetry.

I was able to perform a scar release and implant exchange on the right with a revision breast reduction/lift on the left significantly narrowing her Ar**la complex with a permanent blocking suture. Overall, very thrilled with the result as is she.

Post weight loss surgery isn’t limited to the body. Many patients after weight loss also experienced laxity of the face and neck. This is similar to what can be experienced with natural aging. In this case, we performed a single incision neck lift with liposuction to resuspend and re-drape the neck, muscles and skin.
