I had so many ideas that I tucked away because they weren’t “normal.” I let the creative side of me go to waste for YEARS because I was too scared of failure or judgement.

Victoria started out as an assistant but hustled her way into being so busy I couldn’t even use her as an assistant and within 2 days she was one of my stylists ⚡️

CEO VS 9-5 MINDSET (continued from yesterday)

Here are some prime examples of both for you to refer to in your biz 🙌🏼

• Mastering being all the things your biz needs vs just being an “employee”
• Working on yourself bc your staff mirrors you vs only caring about pleasing the boss
• Understanding and breaking down systems vs just clocking in and doing what needs to be done that day
• Needing organization & structure vs not having to be efficient or make your time count
• Budget wisely for unforeseen expenses vs not caring about it
• Remembering to care for yourself vs letting your boss do all the worrying for you
• Being the innovator vs only caring about salary
• Ensuring brand identity is cohesive across all platforms for brand recognition & building trust vs only caring about pretty pictures

In the beauty biz world TODAY it’s so important for all of us to have a CEO mindset because we are in charge of our success — nobody else is responsible for that 👏🏼

Be too busy focusing on yourself, your joy, your business, etc that you have ZERO time for anything else.

The goal should always be to stay focused and not get distracted.

The moment I started being myself and sharing ME is the exact moment I started to attract all my dream clients.

They need to hear YOUR story. If you’re too busy looking left and right and trying to be someone else, you’ll end up telling the wrong story. It’s time to be AUTHENTIC.

Also to clear the air, yes you will get judged and people will doubt you. Is that so scary? Or more-so a sign you’re staying true to who you are?

Remember, the universe will up-level you in front of all the same people who doubted you.
