A quick reminder from Salon Protégé

Thank you for being such a valued part of our Salon Protégé family. We want to take a moment to share a reminder about our current hours and cancellation policy so we can continue to serve you — and all of our clients — as smoothly as possible.

Our Hours

Tuesday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Thursday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: Per diem (availability varies)
Sunday: Closed
Monday: Closed

Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer that time to another client on our waitlist. Late cancellations and no-shows may be subject to a fee.

Extension appointments require a minimum of 72 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made within 72 hours may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

How Far in Advance Should You Book?

Every service has its own sweet spot — here's your holiday booking guide:

Extensions — Book 6 weeks in advance. Installation appointments fill up first, so don't wait.

Highlights — Book 4 weeks in advance. Color slots go fast as the holidays approach.

Roots — Book 2 weeks in advance. Stay on schedule and look polished for every event.

Haircuts — Book 2 weeks in advance. Even a trim can be hard to get last minute in December.
