Meet Sophie 🤍
My almost 16-year-old, my daughter, and now a little part of The Sculpt House.
Sophie will be helping me in the Lymphatic Lounge, guiding you through your wellness experience — from the vibration plate, red light therapy, and sauna blanket, to making sure you leave with a hydration drink afterward.
Because she’s homeschooled, she has the flexibility to work alongside me while still keeping up with her schoolwork, and that makes this season extra special for both of us.
One of my favorite parts of building this business has been creating something my girls get to grow up around — and now getting to have one of them work beside me makes it even more meaningful.
She gets to see firsthand what it looks like to build a business, care for people, communicate with clients, stay organized, and create an experience that feels thoughtful from beginning to end.
You may see Sophie helping get the lounge ready, rotating you through your modalities, checking in to make sure you’re comfortable, and preparing your hydration drink before you leave.
I’m so excited for her to learn, grow, and be part of this little world I’ve built. 🤍
So if you see Sophie in the lounge, make sure to say hi — she’s officially part of the team.

It’s more than a before & after.
Yes, we love seeing the visible changes — less puffiness, more definition, a softer abdomen, a more sculpted face.
But what I love even more is what you can’t always see in a photo.
The shoulders drop.
The neck looks longer.
The abdomen softens.
Breathing feels easier.
Tension starts to release.
The body begins to let go of some of the stress it’s been holding onto.
This work isn’t only about looking different.
It’s about feeling lighter, less restricted, more relaxed and more connected to your body.
The results are beautiful — but the way you feel afterward matters just as much.

Protect the investment you made in yourself. ✨
Yes, choosing a great surgeon is an important part of your journey—but your aftercare matters just as much when you want to support your healing and achieve the best possible results.
These photos show her progress from July 12 to August 26 after:
• 9 sculpting lymphatic drainage sessions
• 3 full-body Vodder Manual Lymphatic Drainage sessions
The final three photos were taken today. We are now continuing with weekly sessions, and the reduction in inflammation—especially around the rib cage and below the belly button—is clearly noticeable.
Even two months post-op, the body is still healing and the lymphatic system is still working to manage excess fluid and inflammation. Consistent lymphatic drainage can continue supporting that process while helping the body look smoother, more defined and less congested.
Your surgery may happen in one day—but your results continue developing for months. Aftercare isn’t an extra. It’s part of the investment. 🤍
Individual results vary. Post-op services should always follow your surgeon’s clearance and recommendations.

Your surgery may be over, but your lymphatic care doesn’t have to be.
Cosmetic surgery can alter the pathways lymphatic fluid once followed. Scar tissue and changes beneath the skin may affect how efficiently fluid moves through the treated area—even after the initial recovery is complete.
These clients are fully healed and continue coming in for maintenance sculpting to support fluid movement, address recurring puffiness and tightness, and care for the results they invested in.
Maintenance isn’t about staying “post-op” forever. It’s about continuing to support a body that has been changed by surgery.
Surgery creates the change. Maintenance helps you care for it. 🤎
Individual results vary. Post-surgical bodywork should begin only after appropriate medical clearance.

Your body may not need a stricter diet or harder workouts—it may need more support.
Pushing harder isn’t always better.
When the body is already under chronic stress, struggling with inflammation, retaining fluid, or not getting enough rest, adding stricter diets and harder workouts may create even more stress.
A calorie deficit and movement can support fat loss—but more restriction and more intensity are not always the answer.
Sometimes the body needs hydration, nourishment, consistent movement, quality sleep, nervous-system support, and healthy lymphatic flow before it can begin to respond.
Progress does not always come from doing more.
Sometimes it comes from supporting the body differently. 🤍
