Traci's Mimosas & Makeup
At Traci’s Mimosas & Makeup I specialize in natural/ soft glam looks-private lessons/masterclasses.
Before you buy another foundation…check what actually changed.
One of the biggest lessons I heard in women's questions at a recent beauty event was this:
They didn't simply want someone to tell them what to buy.
They wanted to understand why their makeup wasn't working the way it used to.
If foundation suddenly looks heavy or obvious, I would check:
✨ your current skin texture and hydration
✨ how much foundation you're applying
✨ where you're placing the coverage
Then investigate shade and undertone.
That's a very different approach from automatically buying another bottle.
My goal isn't for you to memorize makeup rules.
It's for you to learn how to make beauty decisions for your face, your skin and your life now.
That's why I say:
Makeup is a skill.
Which foundation problem should I tackle next?
Heavy, dry, uneven, or wrong shade?
This week's full Just A Sip goes deeper.
Before replacing your foundation, give it a second look—in a second light.
Then check how it settles and what happens as you add other products. Small observations can help you make more confident choices.
Watch this week’s Just A Sip through the YouTube link in my bio. Does your makeup look different outside?
You are not “bad at makeup.” You may simply never have been taught.
💄 What’s one beauty skill you wish someone would actually teach you?

Have you ever saved a makeup tutorial because the technique looked simple—only to feel unsure when you tried it on yourself?
That does not mean you are bad at makeup.
The missing piece may be personal guidance.
Beauty information becomes transformative when women can experience it personally: when they feel seen, understand why a choice works for them, and have room to practice until the step feels natural.
That is the kind of beauty education I want to create—practical, affirming, and centered on the woman rather than the product.
If you could sit down for an in-person beauty experience, what would you most want help with? Foundation, a simple routine, eyes, flattering colors, or confidence applying your own makeup?
Tell me below. I’m listening.

You don't need to buy every product, follow every trend, or master every makeup step.
You need to understand what works for you.
That's the heart of the L — Learn What Works for You — in The G.L.O. Method.
Your skin. Your features. Your lifestyle. Your routine.
✨ Ready to stop guessing?

I recently asked women what they would choose if they could do only one beauty step. Some said mascara, some said lipstick, and one woman said she needed a red or hot-pink lip.
What I loved about the answers was that there wasn't one “right” choice. What makes the biggest difference for one woman may be completely different for another.
So let's make it three. If you only had five minutes, what THREE beauty steps would you choose?

Sometimes the answer isn’t more makeup, more products, or more steps.
Sometimes it’s simply learning what works for you.
That’s one of the reasons I created The G.L.O. Method—to help women 40+ simplify their beauty routine, make more confident choices, and create a look that feels polished without feeling overdone.
Because beauty shouldn’t feel like another standard you have to live up to. It can be a small act of self-care—a few intentional minutes to reconnect with yourself and own your glow.
If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed by all the beauty advice out there, The G.L.O. Method may be the place to start.
✨ The G.L.O. Method is available now for $37.
DM me GLOW and I’ll send you the details.
If you only had time for ONE beauty step, what would it be?
Concealer? Brows? Blush? Mascara? Lip color?
There isn't one right answer.
The goal isn't to do every step. It's to know what works for you and what helps you feel polished, cared for and ready for your day.
Mine can change depending on the day.
Now I'm curious: WHAT'S YOUR ONE?
