💕Sublime™ Skin Tightening is a non-invasive cosmetic treatment aimed at improving skin firmness and minimizing signs of aging. This innovative procedure utilizes bi-polar radiofrequency (RF) energy combined with infrared light to effectively heat the deeper layers of the skin (dermis), promoting the production of collagen and elastin. **What to Expect During a Sublime Skin Tightening Treatment:**

1. **Preparation**
- Discontinue the use of Retinols at least five days prior to your appointment.

2. **The Procedure**
- A handheld device will deliver bi-polar radiofrequency and infrared light to the targeted areas of your skin.

- Many individuals describe this feeling as akin to a warm massage or mild heat; it is generally not painful.
- The entire treatment typically lasts between 30 and 45 minutes, depending on the areas being addressed.

3. **Post-Treatment Care**
- You may notice some mild redness or warmth immediately following the treatment, which usually subsides within a few hours.
- There is no downtime associated with this procedure, allowing you to resume your regular activities immediately.
- After the treatment, a moisturizer and sunscreen may be applied to protect and hydrate the skin.

4. **Results**
- Initial tightening effects may be visible right away; however, optimal results will develop as collagen remodeling occurs over the following weeks to months.

**Preparation Guidelines for Laser Hair Removal**

Please note that the following guidelines apply solely to the area being treated:

1. **Tanning:** If you are treating a specific area, such as the bikini region, wearing shorts to a spray tan appointment is acceptable as long as the treated area remains untanned.

2. **Self-Tanning Products:** Avoid the use of self-tanners or spray tans on the treated area for at least 10-14 days prior to your appointment.

3. **Tanning Exposure:** Refrain from indoor or outdoor tanning for a minimum of 3 weeks before your treatment. This restriction is applicable only to the area being treated.

4. **Skincare Products:** Discontinue the use of skincare products containing active ingredients (such as retinoids or acids) 3-7 days before your treatment, depending on the specific product.

5. **Medications:** Confirm with our office whether any current or recent medications you are taking may cause photosensitivity.

6. **Hair Removal Methods:** Please avoid waxing, tweezing, or bleaching the hair in the treated area for at least 4 weeks prior to your initial treatment. These methods should also not be used during the treatment series.
Please shave the day of or night prior to the treatment. (Area being treated)

Remember, these guidelines pertain only to the area being treated. For example, if you are receiving laser treatment on your underarms, it is acceptable to continue waxing other areas of your body.
