Wellness professionals, this one is for you. 💛
Our next Grow + Connect is just two weeks away, and we’re excited to welcome Kristy Estelle, astrologist, for an experience that gives us a chance to learn, connect, and try something a little different together.
Grow + Connect was created because professional connection can be more than exchanging business cards or making referrals. We want to create space for genuine relationships — the kind that come from sharing experiences, learning from one another, getting curious about different areas of wellness, and spending time with people who understand the work you do.
This event is made possible with sponsorship and support from Hirschman Clinical Services and Michelle Hirschman, and we’re so grateful to have partners who believe in building this kind of wellness community alongside us.
If you’re a wellness professional looking for more connection and community, we’d love to have you join us.
Come experience something new, meet someone new, and Grow + Connect with us. 🌿
Registration is open now!

Maybe you want to move your body, learn something new, slow down, or connect with others through Bloom Studio classes, workshops, and wellness experiences.
Or maybe you’re a wellness professional looking for a community of people who understand your work — a place to Grow + Connect, access professional membership opportunities, collaborate, or even bring your own class, workshop, or event to Bloom Studio.

This Grow + Connect is a special one and different from anything we’ve done before!
Along with the genuine connection and community at the heart of Grow + Connect this 2 1/2 hour gathering will feature a special experiential offering from astrologist, Kristy Estelle. She’ll introduce us to astrology as a tool for deeper self understanding and reflection, including how it may complement work already happening in therapy, coaching, and other wellness spaces.
As wellness professionals, we spend so much of our time supporting others. Consider this an opportunity to connect with one another, learn something new, and leave feeling a little more connected to yourself 💖
Light lunch and refreshments will be provided. Bring your business cards, journal, and an open mind.
⭐️Guest co-host and sponsor: Michelle Hirschman of Hirschman Clinical Services.

Excited to see you there!
Movement can be a pause, too. 💛
Angie will be leading Essentrics classes at Bloom Studio three days a week!
Essentrics is a full-body movement practice that draws from elements of Pilates, yoga, and tai chi. Through gentle, intentional movement, Angie’s classes are designed to help you release tension, improve mobility and flexibility, work with the fascia, and reconnect with your body in a way that supports your overall wellbeing.
And because each class is limited to 12 people, you’ll get the benefits of moving in community while still enjoying a smaller, more personal class environment.
Whether you’re looking for a new way to move, want to give your body some much-needed attention, or simply need a reason to step away from everything else for a bit, there’s a place for you here.
Come move with Angie at Bloom Studio. 🌿

Pause + Ask: Do I Need Coaching or Counseling?
Sometimes the first step isn’t knowing exactly what you need. It’s simply pausing long enough to ask.
Counseling may be the right place to start if you’re navigating:
• Emotional barriers that feel difficult to move through
• Unresolved trauma or past experiences
• An untreated mental health diagnosis or symptoms
• Feeling stuck or struggling with motivation to make changes
Coaching may be a good fit if you’re ready to:
• Clarify your goals and what you want next
• Create practical strategies for moving forward
• Build accountability and follow-through
• Make intentional changes in your life
And you don’t have to figure it out by yourself.
At Bloom, we offer both because we understand the benefits of different approaches.🌿
Sometimes a pause is exactly where your next step becomes clearer.

Sometimes a pause is as simple as one intentional breath.
When your mind is racing ahead to the next task, conversation, decision, or thing on your list, give yourself permission to stop for a minute and come back to where you are.
Try this with us:
Breathe in for 4.
Breathe out for 6.
Repeat 3x.
Let your breathing create a little space between you and whatever is coming next. You don’t have to solve everything in this moment. You don’t have to immediately move on.
Sometimes your mind needs a minute to rest, too.
Pause. Breathe. Then continue when you’re ready. 💛

Bloom Studio was created with a simple mission: to make more room for wellness, connection, and community. 💛
This open, multi-purpose space gives us the opportunity to expand the ways we support our clients, our community, and fellow wellness professionals — because caring for yourself can look like so many different things.
At the Studio, that might look like Essentrics with Angie, 1:1 or small group personal training with Laura, yoga, Mom + Me classes, mindfulness and meditation, workshops with trusted wellness partners, bodywork and other wellness offerings, or simply gathering together at a community event.
We created Bloom Studio to be flexible enough to grow alongside the people who use it — a place to move, learn, connect, slow down, and explore new ways of caring for yourself.
This is more than an extra room downstairs. It’s more room for Bloom to live out its mission in our community.
And we’re just getting started. 🌿
