Huge thanks to Jon Weinstein for inviting me into his Creative Mindset class at Loyola University. Experiencing the joint classroom collaboration with Haneef (founder of 4️⃣TheYouth) . Watching college students and elementary school leaders work side-by-side to pitch real-world solutions, and getting to drop feedback and hold space for them, was powerful.

This year, my standard is simple: absolute intentionality.
