Since 2023, August 26th has been recognized as Eldest Daughter Day. To recognize firstborn or older daughters who often take on heavy responsibilities, act as "second mothers," or manage family peace and planning from a young age. It encourages eldest daughters to release guilt, set boundaries, and prioritize their own well-being and rest.
