POV: You wait until I’m 9 HOURS into your appointment to tell me your bank account has your funds on hold and ask if you can pay me on Monday.

I started your appointment at 10:25 AM Nine hours later is when you decided to mention you couldn’t pay.

So yes, I stopped the Service

Please stop booking appointments if you’re not financially prepared. A hairstylist’s time, energy, and skill deserve the same respect as any other profession.

Nine hours of work isn’t a small favor it’s my livelihood.

Would you keep working your shift if your boss said, “We’ll pay you in a few days”?
