The long-awaited time has come. Sonny Nails will re-open officially Saturday, June 20, 2020. We will open online appointment scheduling at 3:00 PM, today, June 19, 2020.

Please note we are only doing online scheduling and appointment base only. Our policies and procedures are still the same before. We are only opening at a 50% capacity, face masks are required, online appointment base only.

CANCELATION OF APPOINTMENTS

We want to first apologize for what we have to do. We jumped the gun on Saturday for the re-opening. There were miscommunications and misinformation on which phase Maryland is in. Baltimore City has not given non-essentials stores the green light to re-open.

We hate to do this, but we foremost must follow our city's rules and think of the health of our customers. We will not be re-opening and will close starting on Sunday, June 7, 2020, until further notice.

Again we want to apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. Please, if you can, share this and spread the word. We will give our customers a call as well as apologizing for the situation.

We have received concerns having difficulties with the online booking page. Customers have seen the booking page confirm the appointment but it does not show up on the main page.
A way to fix this issue is we urge for our customers to use their email address to sign in and make sure you receive a confirmation message through email. If you do not receive an email confirming the appointment, please rebook your appointment. If you still are unsure give us a call at 4106331711. Thank you!

Sonny Nails is now only operating at a 50% capacity with appointment-only temporarily until further notice. Due to this mandate by the governor, we will be closing our Waiting Area. We are only letting in individuals whose appointment times are scheduled at that specific time. We are limiting our capacity to up to 12 occupants. We do not allow any other individuals entering the building unless it is the individual who is getting the service performed on. If an individual ignores and or does not comply with this guideline will have the appointment canceled. We urge our customers to choose gel over regular nail polish. Since the waiting area is closed, there will be no Air-Drying Station. We are sorry for the inconvenience. We do not want customers to stay longer in the building more than they have to. The longer the stay, the higher the risk.

Temperature Check
In conjunction with wearing a mask before entering the premise, we will conduct a temperature check using a non-touch forehead thermometer. This temperature check is one of the guidelines and procedures we choose to follow and perform to reduce the risk and protect our customers and employees. The refusal of a temperature check will result in the refusal and cancelation of the appointment and service.
