We're excited to share an early look at Copper Café, a new concept coming to 5742 Falls Road!

This project transforms an existing auto repair shop into a neighborhood café serving coffee and light fare by day and a wine bar by evening. Planned improvements include a new roof, storefront, tilt-up glass garage door, rooftop mechanical system, updated restrooms, and seating for approximately 40 guests.

The project also connects Copper Café to the adjacent ‘Curb Shoppe Bar & Grill’ via a shared outdoor space with covered seating, an outdoor bar, and space for live entertainment.

We're excited to work alongside KasCon, Morabito Consultants, and SRBR Engineers to bring this vision to life, with a Fall 2026 opening on the horizon!

The new Wellness Suite at Towson University’s Burdick Hall is officially complete.

This 1,915 sq ft addition provides Towson University students with a dedicated space for mindfulness, counseling, and restorative wellness. The space was designed with intentional acoustic separations to help buffer sound from the surrounding fitness center.

Congratulations to our client, Animal Rescue, Inc., on celebrating 50 years of providing a safe refuge for homeless cats and dogs!

For half a century, they’ve stood by a powerful promise: any animal who enters their gates will never be homeless again.
