Hair By Char is looking for a dedicated, polished, and motivated Salon Assistant to join our luxury salon team. If you’re passionate about the beauty industry, eager to learn, and ready to support an elevated client experience, we want to hear from you!

Position: Salon Assistant
Location:Baltimore, Md
Schedule: Full-time Tuesday- Saturday

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with shampooing, blow-drying, and prepping clients
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional salon environment
• Support stylists with styling tools, station prep, and client flow
• Manage laundry, inventory, and daily salon operations
• Provide exceptional hospitality and customer care

Ideal Candidate:

✔ Professional and punctual
✔ Friendly, coachable, and eager to learn
✔ Able to work in a fast-paced upscale environment
✔ Passionate about hair care, extensions, and salon culture
✔ Cosmetology student or recent graduate preferred (but not required)
