The term Ojas (everyone asks us and yes you do pronounce the J as in juice) was chosen because it sums up our whole philosophy: You are supposed to feel GOOD! Having Ojas in your body is a result of having low stress, low tension and low toxins. When your Ojas is high, you experience happiness, inner peace and total well-being. Life is easier. You feel you are in the flow! Your skin has a healthy glow, your eyes shine, and your energy, stamina, and immunity are all at their peak. We were not born on this earth to feel miserable. Low energy, stress, anxiety are all the norm. Our goal, at Ojas, is to break the cycle for you and help you to see the benefit of self-care. Self-care is not selfish! When you feel good, when you feel happy, you have a positive impact on your work, home, and community. The importance of taking time for yourself is critical, and Ojas provides this sanctuary to push the reset button and return to wholeness. We have been working since 2003 to bring Well-Being, Happiness and High Vibes to thousands of clients. We have many tools in our toolbox and are constantly learning more and more! Our mission is to make profound impacts for our clients, be a shining light for them, and to professionally and carefully guide the body and mind so that it may restore itself to its natural state of well-being.
