Team Simmons Health and Beauty

We are Bhek & Allison Simmons. We live just outside of Baltimore Maryland, have been married for 18 years and have two beautiful daughters. We started our at home business for several reasons but primarily to become healthier, wealthier and to help others do the same. My wife and I have always felt pretty good about how we look and feel, but as time marched on we began to feel if not look our age. Over the years I had put on an unhealthy amount of weight. My wife still looked great but had been battling fatigue and changes in hair texture and skin condition. Most of these manifestations were the result of stress. The stress of maintaining a one income household, managing busy schedules of kids and each other and me being in business with and for other people all has worn on us; and its toll was physically apparent. But then towards the end of last year I said “that’s it, enough of this!”

ENOUGH of being tired, enough of being fat, enough of being stressed over every dollar. We prayed for God to deliver us from these traps. We prayed for God to impact our physical and financial health and he revealed a few things:

1. We needed to take action to improve our situation. We needed to get more sleep, eat better, exercise more and be better stewards of our time and money.

2. We need to be very aware of our attitude and move forward believing that our efforts will be fruitful. Whatever you think will happen, will.

3. The answer to many of our questions were in the people who were living examples all around us. My in-laws are excellent money managers. My mother is a community activist. Members of our church family had gotten into incredible shape and lost tons of weight. And one couple in particular had figured out a way to make the additional income they needed. There was no need to reinvent the wheel. There was something out here working for people like us and we just needed to commit ourselves to doing what they did. The end result is Team-Simmons Health & Beauty. With the support of our mentors and a shared desire to get healthy and make some additional money (without destroying the family life we had built together) we have created an organization that will help you change your life. We are committed to being examples of what faith with works looks like. We want to supply you with the tools you need to be HEALTHY, WEALTHY AND WISE!!!
